During the past 2 years CWA has taken issue with the Company’s “Just Ask” program.

The Company is asking you to sell Services that our technicians (ST’s) are not installing or maintaining.  DSL and Uverse are two examples.

The company is contracting DSL work (ST function) to vendors outside the bargaining unit. We have the best technicians in the industry, but the company decided to use sub-standard contractors to represent our company thus giving our jobs away, and damaging our reputation.

THIS IS DIRECTLY COSTING UNION JOBS!!!

NO PREFER TO REFER

The union is requesting our members to give out the business office phone number to make sure that business is taken care of by union professionals in our bargaining unit, instead of referring through the Prefer to Refer Program.
